Laura Mo Porphyry

Troitsa Epithermal Au-Ag

  • The Laura Property (2,252 ha) is in the Skeena-Tahtsa porphyry belt, 30 kms north of New Hazelton, west-central BC

  • The Mt. Thomlinson deposit (41 Mt 0.12% MoS2) and the world-class Davidson (Yorke-Hardy) deposit (75 Mt 0.295% MoS2) are nearby

  • Polyphase molybdenum and copper mineralization is associated with a small granodiorite porphyry stock

  • Laura Mines completed 3,553 metres of diamond drilling in 1968 but no assays are available

  • In 2007, Paget outlined a second untested mineralized zone (Sal) 450 metres long with Mo values to 0.11%

  • In 2008 Paget re-drilled part of the Main Zone previously tested by Laura Mines
Laura - 2008 Drill Program
  • 7 drill holes, 1,858 m, 886 samples

  • All but one drill hole intersected significant quartz-moly stockwork mineralization to depths in excess of 300 m

  • Based on well mineralized outcrops uncovered late in the drill campaign, the system is open to the south and comes to surface at lower elevations
